Welcome to Terra Transeo

Hello all =)
We've kicked off our collaborative group project 'Terra Transeo'! The concept team had their first meeting yesterday with Paul and did a bit of brainstorming. They met up today as well to consoldiate on a few ideas and lay out what they're aiming for. They've done an awesome job so far!

We've created an email address terratranseo@gmail.com and a blog http://terratranseo.blogspot.com to keep abreast on whats happening on a daily basis.
Username : terratranseo
Password : students07
The username and password for both are the same.

We are attaching a list of contact details as well. Its been broken down into teams as well for convenience. If we've gotten your details wrong or you want to be contacted on some other email addresses please do let us know. This is crucial as we'd be sending out emails almost everyday on whats happening. So do let us know.

Anyone can post on the blog and comment on it and it shall be used as one of the primary ways to contact people and pin up instructions. So keep a lookout for updates! Please ensure you use your name while signing off a post or comment, so that we can put a face to the person posting.

We've also designed a timesheet in Excel that can be used to log hours of work. You would just have to input the hours and it would automatically add up the hours daily and output a total project tally for you. There is another worksheet in it which you would essentially use to let us know what you've done and how you've saved out the files, etc.
Please save your copy of the timesheets with the naming convention as follows:
yourName_TT_TimeSheet.xls
e.g. aarthiSriram_TT_TimeSheet.xls

We'd be meeting again to discuss hours and tasks in detail but those in the concept team, please do keep a tally of the number of hours you've worked so far.
